Customer Service
Pieces of Class only sells to verified retail sellers. If you would like to purchase any pieces please contact a store near you. If there are no retail locations near you, please contact us and we will direct you to a retailer who will ship the items to you. Most wholesale orders ship within 3 weeks; however, custom orders and intricate woven pieces may take longer. An email notification will be sent to you once your order is received and again when the item ships. If you need the item quicker please contact us. A small expedite fee may be charged. If possible we will be more than happy to accommodate you.
We accept returns on undamaged pieces for 7 days. Please contact us immediately if you would like to return your purchase. All returns are for credit only. We do trade out pieces.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number, and must be shipped pre-paid and insured. Pieces of Class is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Please call us at (781) 581-3852 or email us piecesofclass@comcast.net to obtain a return authorization number.
Repairs
All Pieces of Class items are durable under normal circumstances; however they will not withstand children, pets, doors, beach conditions and several pool chemicals. If your piece becomes damaged we will be more than happy to fix it.
Many of the pieces are one of a kind and they will be fixed with materials that closely match the original material. We cannot guarantee the exact materials will be found.
There is a minimum charge of $15.00 for repairs, plus shipping. If pieces are missing the charge will be higher. We will email you an exact quote.
Please email us and explain the problem and to obtain a return authorization number prior to shipping the item. Please include this number, your contact information and a copy of the email in your package. All packages must include the above information and be sent pre-paid and insured. Pieces of Class is not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit.
Jewelry Care
All of our jewelry is made with the finest materials, and careful attention to detail. These pieces are all handcrafted by Pieces of Class, including most of the findings and components. By constructing these pieces by hand you are insured that your piece is unique. Some simple care is all that is needed to keep your jewelry looking beautiful.
To clean: put a piece of aluminum foil, shiny side up in heat proof bowl. Boil water. Put jewelry on top of the aluminum foil and cover completely with a mixture of equal parts salt and baking sode. Pour the boiling water over the jewelry. Once the bubbling stops, take out the jewelry rinse in warm water, dry and polish with a jewelry cloth.
Please do not let your jewelry come into contact with any chemical substances: cleaning fluids, hairspray, perfumes etc.
Please take your jewelry off before you bathe, shower, exercise, swim or sleep. Natural cleaning systems in pools will turn your silver jewelry black. Salt at the beach can cause oxidation and pitting.
Please do not let your children or pets play with the jewelry, if abused the jewelry will break.
